If you are not satisfied with your first order, email us at sottobeauty@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. We will make it right with an exchange, credit, or refund.

No returns on opened glue for hygiene reasons.

Subscription orders can be skipped, swapped, or cancelled anytime from your account. No cancellation fees. No guilt trip. No retention offers. We are not that brand.
